5 Ingredient Complete Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

The challenges of healthy living feel amplified now that we’re confined to our houses. There are so many things we can’t do these days. We’re all feeling stressed and stir crazy. But one thing that never fails to provide a little comfort is a warm, delicious chocolate chip cookie. That we can do. And with a scoop of plant-packed Complete mix, we can make it healthy, too. 

Here’s our easy recipe for homemade Complete chocolate chip cookies to keep the quarantine blues at bay.  

Complete Chocolate Chip Cookies 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 1 scoop Complete French Vanilla by Juice Plus+*
  • 1 cup oats (quick or old-fashioned) 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Step 1: Mash the bananas with the back of a fork. 

Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you have a dough-like consistency. 

Step 3: Scoop & shape the dough into 1-inch balls. 

Step 4: Arrange on cookie tray and flatten slightly with a spoon to make sure they bake evenly. 

Step 5: Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min, checking them around the 8-min mark. Depending how thick your cookies are, they might need up to 12 or 15 min.

Let them cool for a minute, then enjoy as a family.
